Shrimp Tacos 🌮

Keeping your freezer stocked with healthy food comes in handy when you don't have time or energy to make it to the grocery store. It's also a great way to enjoy fruits and vegetables out of season since they're picked at peak ripeness, rinsed, and frozen within hours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 bag frozen shrimp, precooked and peeled

  • 1/2 bag frozen mango

  • Corn tortillas (gluten-free)

  • Cumin, garlic, lime juice, cilantro

  • Sliced avocado

 

Instructions:

  • Heat all ingredients in a skillet with olive or avocado oil

  • Season with cumin, garlic & lime juice

  • Toast corn tortillas on skillet

  • Top with cilantro and sliced avocado

That’s it! Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated.
