Shrimp Tacos
Shrimp Tacos 🌮
Keeping your freezer stocked with healthy food comes in handy when you don't have time or energy to make it to the grocery store. It's also a great way to enjoy fruits and vegetables out of season since they're picked at peak ripeness, rinsed, and frozen within hours.
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 bag frozen shrimp, precooked and peeled
1/2 bag frozen mango
Corn tortillas (gluten-free)
Cumin, garlic, lime juice, cilantro
Sliced avocado
Instructions:
Heat all ingredients in a skillet with olive or avocado oil
Season with cumin, garlic & lime juice
Toast corn tortillas on skillet
Top with cilantro and sliced avocado
That’s it! Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated.
