5 Ingredient Banana Bread
Festive green and flourless!
(free of gluten, dairy, refined grains, refined sugar)

No, it’s not moldy! Apparently sunflower butter + baking soda + heat produce the same effect as green food coloring! Who knew?
Don’t let the color throw you off. This tastes just like your typical banana bread without all the butter, flour or sugar! I don’t know about you, but I had my fair share of all three these past couple of weeks.
5 Ingredient Banana Bread
(free of gluten, dairy, refined grains, refined sugar)
Serves 12
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup sunflower seed butter
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Optional add-ins:
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Use a hand mixer to combine ingredients (except chocolate chips which should be folded in).
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
