Homemade Salad Dressing with 6 Ingredients
Store-bought salad dressings are often full of sugar, preservatives and MSG. Instead of risking the unknown, try making your own.
Six Ingredient Homemade Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
1/2 head of garlic, finely chopped (or minced)
1/2 lemon, juiced
Mix all ingredients and massage onto 1 head of kale and enjoy the day of, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use as needed.
For a simplified version, just mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
Nutritional yeast has a cheesy, nutty flavor; it has vitamin B12 and is a complete protein meaning it contains all essential amino acids.
